I'm fortunate to live in Rochester and enjoyed "The Green Thumb" show
for many years. Doc was an institution in this community...hundreds
turned out last Saturday to pay their respects to Doc in his hometown
of Naples, NY.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the
Doc Abraham Community Garden fund through the town of Naples.

He will be sorely missed not just for his gardening wisdom but also for
his spirited sense of community.
