For baking, it is by far the best variety I have ever tasted and I am
Irish and should know (even if I am not mad about spuds). I used to
get them in Waitrose (and maybe Tesco) and I (or my missus) is planting
some in a few weeks. Even Deliah Smith specifically mentions them as
good baking spuds.
