I was tidying up in the garden and my mind must have wandered because I

realised I had cut off all
my red currants stems.....

Will this grow again or do I need to replace them?

They will certainly grow again and with probably more vigour. No
fruit this year however but a larger crop next year.
Thin out the new growths to give acceptable shape to the new bush
and feed well during this season.
Best Wishes Brian.

Thank you. You have put my mind at rest. I have usually struggled with RC's and this was the first
successful one I've had.
