I have one of these in a pot (freebee from a garden show last autumn!)

It's in the GH ATM but I was wondering just how much frost it will

take??

Any experiences with one in the ground outside?
Jenny

Perfectly hardy in south england and sheltered parts north.
Will grow well in poor dry soil too - that should give you a clue!

Hi Jenny down here any bits above the wall are always burnt off and die, I
often see it recommended for shade but my experience is that it flowers best
with at least half a days sunshine, Trachelospermum asiaticum is much
hardier and never touched by the weather but to suggest jasminoides is hardy
is stretching a point in my view!
