skip all the above crap and just leave it alone. As for "feeding",
plants make thier own food. You should never have to fertilize
wisteria, ever. Fertilizing can make things worse, since the added
nitrogen will probably cause it to concentrate more on vegetative
growth. When you plant wisteria you have to do it with the knowledge
that these are plants that do not flower reliably.
