The correct name for your tree is Ulmus parvifolia (sic) 'Corticosa.'
Cultivar names take single quotes only. Treat it essentially like a typical Chinese
elm cultivar. Nire (sic) is simply the Japanese word for elm. It isn't wrong
(if it's spelled right), but it doesn't tell you anything.
