Ok, hubby got involved this year, and we now have pond in the yard.300
gallon. The water is very green and he wants to see the fish like we do in
the ponds on the screerned porch. They are each 150 gallon, stay crystal
clear, have small skippy filters and each have 6 gold fish, no problem. We
have had the yard one up and running only 4 weeks, have barrel filter/water
falls and a P2 canister filter going.Added barley straw this week. If given
more time will it clear? It gets about 3 hours of sun a day, only has 6 gold
fish in it, and 7 plants, but we are in 80's already as we are in southern
AZ. Or do we give up and pay the big bucks for a UV? Yes I now know that
ponders are never happy with just one pond. Kathy AZ

Your new pond is still cycling, unfortunately thru the algae bloom season.
My suggestion, without knowing your water parameters, frequential partial
water changes. 10% every 3rd day. ~ jan
