Would like to plant a low hedge; preferably one that has perfumed
flowers,
around some garden beds. Any ideas what would be nice? Thanks,
Margret
Hi Margret,
The Santolinas will make a low hedge; grey or green foliage with yellow
flowers.
Have you thought about a crop hedge, such as step-over apples, black
currants or blueberries (acid soil)? They may only be fragrant just before
you eat them :-), but would be a good use of space.
