Prepare for a HUGE water bill. :-) If there's a lot of muck and leaves
you'd be better off emptying the pond and refilling it. Just removing the
muck and rotten stuff from the bottom doesn't make the water "clean." It
will be full of dissolved organic matter, minerals etc.
