It's not just the size of the garden you have to consider, but also
the size of the house, and it's likely market. If it's couples, and
young working couples, an entertainment area might be more the thing.
The best people to ask IMHO if you're concerned is a local Estate
Agent. They'll tell you who's likely to be your best market for your
property and what they'll be looking for,
