Saw it on The History Channel a few minutes ago. It started in
California with some landscapers removing the pesticide bottles from ther
Echo Garden Insecticide Sprayer. They fabricated attachments to connect to
the machine to direct air. The next year Echo created the Kioritz PB-9.
