I thought everyone called them that.

Make excellent soup (Creme Palestine)
and if boiled, better slightly undercooked so they are still crisp.

We like them best scrubbed, left with skins on and baked dry in the oven.
The outsides are crisp and the insides soft and creamy - yum.

But they still make you fart.
