Hello everyone!

If I have a Phal Penang Girl, which is a primary hybrid ( venosa X
violacea ) crossed with a Phal violacea again, it is still consider a
primary hybrid?

Thanks

No. Regardless of how much sense it actually makes, that is no longer a
primary. It is, however, a new hybrid with a new hybrid name.

For what it is worth, that hybrid isn't registered. At least as of this
spring.
