I planted a Kilmarnock willow just over a year ago, it is doing well apart
from a bit of rust which I understand is par for the course with this
plant. After a seasons vigorous growth it now needs pruned, but by how
much ?
The rust is controlled by chemicals and removing and burning leaves what
are the alternative methods.
