Is there a limit to how high your fence can be when dividing gardens??

I live in a upper cottage flat and I'm looking to put up a new fence on my
side of the land

I have a 6ft fence on the outside of the property but now want to put
another(hopefully 6ft) fence to divide the gardens up

Being in Glasgow, Is there any scottish laws??
