I wouldn't. If you have treated the wood against rot, then it's better
to let it breathe rather than putting a waterproof liner inside it.

What would be useful would be to put a plastic tray in the bottom to
catch excess water when watering - that will come in very useful if
you've let the pots get a bit too dry. So check what size plastic trays
you can get and design the planter around that.
