don't use fencing panels, horrid, horrid, nasty things, yuk

fix the gravel board along the bottom of the posts, using spacers. Fix
three horizontal battens to the posts (that's why we used the spacer, so
that the fence lines up with the gravel board)

Nail featherboards to the horizontals. It will last a whole lot longer than
yukky panels
