After killing three of these, I was told here that they are only delicate in
small sizes, & once a Hally Jolivette gets established, it is quite sturdy. I
happened to run across one in a three gallon can at a local garden nursery,
for a very good price. It certainly seems hale & zaftig.
My question, in Art of Flowering Bonsai, Peter Adams has detailed
instructions for Prunus mume, more precise than I have found elsewhere. Can I use the
same instructions for Hally Jolivette?
