Yes. But then so are lots of plants. It is easier to list the plants which
have absolutely no poisonous parts.
Even common food plants can be seriously toxic if you are dumb enough to
eat the wrong parts.

The general rule is do not eat plant material unless you know for certain
that it is edible.
A fair number of common ornamentals are moderately to severely toxic if
eaten.
