I do not know but this summer in Italy at CERVIA beach I seen an olenader
like all others but with yellows flowers.

Oleander don't have yellow flowers.

If it has yellow flowers, it is not a true oleander.

The so-called "yellow oleander" is Thevetia not Nerium.
