The bottom end of our garden is now 3 to 6 in under water.

We've had a lovely evening drinking wine on the terrace as we watched
the rain crashing down and the accompanying lightning display. Now the
western sky is a curious flat yellow and the eastern sky is filled with
a perfect double rainbow.

Very dry here still. Overheard recently~~" I don't think we've had
'puddle' rain since Christmas"
Response~~ " Er yes, I suppose so~~ which Christmas?" Seems ages since
any real rain.
Best Wishes Brian.

We had a thunderstorm and some rain this afternoon and I thought "there goes
summer". Two hours later, the sun came out again! It's a bit humid tonight
and the barometer is still showing its little cloud and rain picture, so who
knows what tomorrow will bring?
