Default High Hedges Bill

Only problem with that is if its found out then you can be sued for criminal
damage
see www.hedgeline.org

The bill is still only dealing with the light loss caused bu high hedges

and
does nothing to address the problems of being unable to grow what you

like
on the other side or the piles of rubbish/cuttings which land on your

side
when an unreasonable neighbour owns the hedge

I think I would try SBK.
