Expect to pay about £20 to £25 per tonne or ton whichever, possible more if
you have screened topsoil.
The mix you describe suggests good drainage base.
Not sure what depth you need to lay topsoil to, google for "laying a new
lawn"
If I remember correctly a ton is about 1 cubic yard, this should help to
decide how much you need, if you require less than a ton, you can purchase
in bags of about 25 kilos for a quid or two from most builders merchants or
B&Q Wickes etc.
