Hi,

Does anyone know a mail order company that will ship lupine plants and
foxglove plants(biennials generally!) in the fall. Why only spring
shipment? - Do they grow too big or something?

They naturally go dormant in the fall and winter because of cold weather.

Naturally you want to get them into the ground before winter.

Its the same with bulbs if you didn't notice.
