I have a 250 gallon pond on my deck.
So winterizing according to zones (6)doesn't actually work since there is
no
deep spot that stays "warmer".
I intend on bringing the plants inside as the fish have never had a
problem.
What lighting will I need to keep them going in the house?

Very bright sunny windows if they're tropicals. If they're hardy plants
they'll need a cold winter's rest. Hardly pond plants thrive everywhere
that koi and GF survive the winters. Make sure they're marked for your
climate zone.
