Hi Alan,

I asked a similar question a few months ago, i.e. How do you sterilize
the soil in a greenhouse?

I know that it should be replaced every three years, but is there a
foolproof method of sterilizing it??

The Victorians used to use something that looked like a brick barbeque
and baked the soild but for the life of me I can't remember the temperature.
