We have recently cut down a huge Rhododendron 'tree' from our garden after much sawing.

Now we are left with the problem of removing the roots.

I have recenty sowed lawn seeds to cover the huge patch where the Rhododendron used to cover.

Can anyone offer some advice as to how I can kill off the plant without killing the newly seeded grass?
