Thanks Nick, when you say others have done better, are you referring to a
previous posting ? I have googled back approx 3 years without much joy -
mainly the common or horseradish. We do eat a lot of h/r but were put-off by
comments that they can be pampant.


I can't remember, but probably. It could have been longer ago, on
another newsgroup or otherwise. Sorry.

My problem is getting horseradish to thrive! But, yes, when it likes
the conditions, it spreads widely and is hell to control.
