Default concrete on bottom?

I'm building my first pond next spring---10'X12' for goldfish, no Koi.

Has anyone tried concrete on the bottom with rocks set in the top? Do you
recommend it? Is it worth the extra effort/cost?

=============================
Getting rid of a concrete pond should you change your mind down the road is
a major job. A liner pond can be dismantled in an hour or less. It's
something to consider. Cement ponds often crack and leak. They can cause
the water to be more alkaline than fish can cope with and they can be
expensive to put in......
