others disagree. In any case there is no arguing with the fact
that many of us can't see posts to binary newsgroups.

Naturally. And presumably some have done so, and that is
why some authorities discourage or forbid access to binary
newsgroups.

My intent is not to take this into an off topic flame-fest, simply
to point out that some or many can't see the binary news groups.
