You're lucky. Never heard of Francoa, altrovulgaris doesn't exist and
chrysomelidae is an insect, a beetle, brown and yellow. Quite an
amasing plant indeed ...
Francoa is a fairly common plant. I think altro is used to give emphasis to
a plant characteristic.?
I guess your knowledge on these things is much greater than mine.
