It should be. When I was working in the nursery trade (with an outfit
renowned for the 'economical' ways of the boss) We were always put in
good hotels : -) *but* B&B only with a meal allowance that wasn't
sufficient for dinner in the hotel ;~(
It was partly a 'street cred' thing - no nursery felt it in their
interest for their staff to be seen bivouacking in the van or
whereever.
