Hello, I'm visiting this forum (an the site) since a few
months, now I
dare to send my first question.
I bought a cotoneaster from a nursery a few days ago; now I
root pruned
it (and also top pruned). Is it posible to use the cuttings for
propagating this plant? I planted the cuttings in an porous
mixture
(akadama from differents sizes in layers) and added rooting
hormones
also.
Any advice? Any known public web resource on propagating?
Thanks a lot.
Claudio
They should grow nicely from cuttings. See
www.evergreengardenworks.com for articles on plant propagation
and a lot of other bonsai-related subjects.
