Yeah the plant looks turgid and happy.

Black stuff at leaf tip is most certainly a fungal black rot. Not all
that unusual. A very slow progressor and killer. Can try to remove the
infected tissue (and at least 2 inches around the rot perimeter) with a
sterile razor blade. Otherwise just leave it, and watch the drainage
as wendy said. If it's too dank and wet down there too often, that
thing is toast.
