In case you're thinking of diverting this water to save money, water is
the
cheapest thing you'll ever put in your pond. ;o)

Unless you can do something, as others have suggested, so it flows into a
holding tank to settle and be treated, I wouldn't divert it direct into
the
pond. ~ jan
