Default single source fertilizers?

I inherited a rather poor lawn with the house I bought in this area
last fall. I submitted some soil samples for testing in late January
and just now got the results back. The problem I have is that I got
anxious to get some crabgrass preventer down a couple of weeks ago
because last fall a large expanse of my backyard was almost all
crabgrass and I think I will need another round of overseeding this
fall to get the grass thick enough to choke the crabgrass out on its
own.

Getting to the point, according to the soil report, I have already put
down enough nitrogen but still require 1lb potassium and 2lb phosphorus
per 1000 sqft. All the commercial ferts seem to be just the opposite
of what I need now. Since I am not really familiar with the local
coops, etc, I was hoping someone here might have a sugggestion where I
could get a no/low-N blend or the individual components to make my own.
The area to treat is only like 5000 sqft, so the ability to purchase
in smaller quantities would be great too.
