Default Seedlings very leggy...

Exactly. I like to seeds come through green and sturdy as soon as they
germinate, not white, limp and leggy. My tomato seeds (in an unheated
propagator on a conservatory window sill) are up in about 6 days and
moved on into single pots at 2 weeks.
