1) Use 2/5 of the amount of 50% to equal the 20% stuff.
2) 3.8 liters per gallon is good enough.
3) One teaspoon is about 5 ml
Therefore, if 1 teaspoon of 20% per gallon is your target, then you use 2 ml
/ 3.8 l = about 1/2 ml/liter of the 50% stuff.
