So I'm over fertilizing. Which means I should cut down on my PMDD right? My
PMDD doesn't have traces in it and I had been trying to achieve the 5-10 ppm
of Nitrates that I have seen recommended... But with no success my Nitrates
are always 0... Any thoughts?

From my experience this happens when there are excess nutrients in the
water and the plants throw out roots to suck up more of them.
