Thanks Jack. Nope -- no room for grow lights.

I looked at your pictures the first time and didn't know what to think.
I just went back and looked at all of them again. If you want my
opinion, here you go:

The red seen in your first picture looks like nothing to worry about at
all. If that red happens to turn into dead brown (I really doubt that it
will) then I change my vote.
The raised areas seen in your 3rd picture are also nothing to worry
about. You refer to them as blisters. A blister would be liquidy inside.
These were pretty solid inside, weren't they?
I'm more concerned about the brown patches. You don't really describe
those in your first post unless the pictures are fooling me and those
areas are raised also. I think I'm seeing brown patches that are not
raised and are either flat or slightly sunken. Those look like a fungus
to me. If that was my plant, I would probably take it outside on the
next nice day and spray it with a systemic fungicide. I would then hope
and expect that the disease would stop spreading. If you don't own a
fungicide (or maybe even if you do) you could cut away the brown
patches. I might even snap off that worst growth (seen in the 4th and
the last picture) near the base.
Will it spread to your other plants? No way to know, but it will not
spread if you get rid of the disease.
