Default [IBC] Oxalis (was outdoor plants indoors)

I get a fair bit of oxalis in my pots. Repotting with root washing
seems to be to the only way to eliminate it (until the pot is
reinfected). However, spraying with vinegar while in active growth
seems to knock it back a ways - If I was consistent I could probably
keep it under control. Since some roots don't like the acidity of
vinegar, I like to spray just after the oxalis has dried after watering.
