Default When to start feeding?

What zone are you?? I am in New York, Bronx.

I checked both the bottom and flooting thermometer and the bottom was 56 and
the flooting one was 53 today and yesterday. We are having a warm trend( today
was 67) but by the weeks end it going to get a bit colder (high 30's to high
40's).
