Default botanical term for unusual occurrence of twin flowers/fruit?

What's the exact term for the unusual occurence of "twin" flowers or
fruit that grow from the same node in a species that should normally be
one-node-one-flower/fruit?
Thanks.

I'd write "geminate", tho' that applies whether it's usual or unusual.
