I planted a Burpless Cumber plant on a treliss in early May. The plant is
growing like crazy and has now overgrown the treliss and is
expanding on the ground. Here's the problem. There are many blossums and
cucumbers growing but they are very wierd. They are not smooth at all, but
have deep ridges and sharp spines all over. Can anyone tell me what's
happening here? Thanks.

The variety may be the key to your question. We get what we ask for.
I like straight 8 and Soyo Long . I hope you have many salads!
