A Detective told me these people, including net-stalkers are becoming more
common as criminals, sex perverts and the (untreated ?) mentally ill take to
the Internet. Instead of lurking in dark alleys and behind bushes and
drunkenly babbling, "You whore" to passing women or something equally
idiotic to the men on the street, they get online.....
