Hi,
I need a hedge which will be about 1.5 mts high
by 4 mts long.
I do not want conifer but a decorative hedge which
will hopefully grow reasonably quick.

I have a Fuchsia Riccartonii hedge, it stands at about 3 ft. but you
can keep it whatever height you want, it is hardy and stunning
