Default Is it too late to plant Okra?

I don't think so. I had volunteers springing up as late as August last year
that grew large enough to start producing (shudder...)

Did not do much gardening this year due to finances.
I've found in the past that I spent more on water than I would have if
I'd just bought veggies at the store... but am considering putting some
Okra into some 5 gallon pots, then sticking them in the greenhouse when
the weather gets cold. I plan to "top" them frequently to get them to
turn bushy instead of getting to be 10' tall like they often do.
