There seems to be more to this matter than the obvious. This particular
medal has already been involved in trade and is highly likely to be so again
if it leaves. It it also most unlikely that Lt. Tulbahadur would benefit in
any way. Others would want to be involved with its value.
It is better to remain, in his memory, than appear for sale yet again.
