I don't know anyone in that business, but I would ask at Geo Growers which
is located right there on Hwy 290. If you have identified a different
supplier for the top dressing, ask them for recommendations.

As "Jonny" pointed out in the " Low mow, now dead lawn!" discussion, this
is the wrong time of year to add top soil over your lawn. You should check
out the references I gave in that discussion thread:
