this is the wrong time of year to add top soil over your lawn. You

Head further west on 290. Turn left on RR12 in Dripping Springs. On the
right after you enter the city limits of Wimberley, look for the Catholic
Church on the right. Workers will be standing out front in early morning
hours. Going rate is 7-10 dollars an hour for these laborers. They will
need transportation back. Spanish language fluency on your part is a
plus. INS doesn't seem to bother the area to date, so don't fret.

Make sure you with hold and report the Income Tax to IRS - You do know it is
against the law not to.
And you do know it is against the law to use illegal aliens. But what the
hell, everyone does.


Have the soil
topping and tools ready for use, and an external drinking water source for
the workers. Just don't do it right now as pointed out. You have plenty
of time to do some homework on the project.
